Your first name and location will be added to the map, along with your comment. If you’re not sure what to say, here are some ideas:
Please note that comments will be moderated by Big hART, and those that are perceived as derogatory, or include strong and personal attacks on individuals, or are opinions that have nothing to do with the campaign, won’t be made live on the map.
There isn’t much time until the next federal election, and we want to make sure we are voting in people that care about this issue as much as we do.
We will soon have a facility on this site for you to discover by how many votes your local member of parliament won their seat by in 2013. This will be the number of people we hope you can help us reach to sign up to the One in Two: Unlock the Future campaign.
It is our hope that soon every person that joins the campaign will also write to their MP about the issue of high incarceration rates of Indigenous young people – asking them what they plan to do about it.
By signing up, you will also receive regular updates by email.
Thank you!
